RATES   Campsite Rental:    Daily Rate - $100 per night (2 Night minimum) Note: This daily rental not available July/August.   Weekly Rate - $750 per week (Sun to Sat)     Deposit - 50% at time of booking.  Remainding balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival.  Payment can be made in cash or check (Contact Adam or Nadine for mailing address of payment).    Full Bathroom use available with weekly campsite rental (Toilet, Shower, Vanity, Cloths Washer and Dryer).    All rates include Maine Sales Tax (9%)      Site Details: Camper pad is 45' by 75'. 50 AMP Electrical Service Full Septic Hookup Well Water Private Boat Dock Private Swimming Area    Firewood available for purchase ($10 per bucket).       Policies: Pets - Allowed by permission.  Must be leashed at all times.  Waste must be picked up. Guests - Limited to  4 day guests.  More then 4 day guests or overnight guests allowed by permission only.  Quiet Time - 10pm

DIRECTIONS: Campsite Address: 34 Hinkley Cove Road, Mercer Maine We are located on North Pond. Which is part of the Belgrade Lakes. From I-95 North take exit 127 Waterville / Oakland exit. Take a Left on Rt 137 going to Oakland. At the first light in Oakland go straight on Pleasent Street. At the second light in Oakland go straight and you will merge back on Rt 137. Stay on Rt 137 to Smithfield. At Smithfield Village Store take a left on Lake View Drive. Go 1.2 miles and take a left on North Shore Drive. Go 1.6 miles and take a left on Pond Road. Go 2.0 miles and take a right on Hinkley Cove Road (private road with Hinkley Cove Road engraved in a large rock at entrance). Second left is Hinkley Cove. You have arrived at Hinkley Cove Cottages Enjoy your stay !
